The Dalhousie Electronic Dance Music Society is home for all electronic music DJ's, producers and avid listeners. We want to connect all Dalhousie students that are interested in learning how to produce or simply want to share new tracks. We are going to be coordinating events with Dalhousie DJ's, small and big, to get our local talent out in the open! Let's get the party started!

Great meeting tonight guys; was awesome seeing/meeting you all! For those of you that weren't there, I have provided a summary below on how the society will be structured. If you have any questions/concerns, please feel free to message us!

- We will be hosting 3 types of groups: music production, DJing basics, music/event promotion. And this page will act as a 4th group for those who are interested in simply appreciating music

- We will be hosting events that gives the opportunity for society members to DJ

- We will be hosting production competitions

The meeting will be at 8:45 pm so just after classes end.

Gees and Gents,
Our first society meeting will be located in the Wallace McCain Learning Center in room 10 tomorrow evening at 8:45pm!

We plan on just going over the structure of the society, and what to expect. It is still a work in progress and we want people to come to this meeting to help get a better idea of what people actually want to get out of this!

Ladies and Gents,

Firstly, I would like to apologize about last semester. A lot came up so we had to move this society to the winter semester.

Secondly, I wanted to let you all know that we will be having our FIRST meeting on Thursday at 830pm (location announced by Wednesday). This is going to be a general meeting just to go over what people want to get out of this society. From there we will book production, DJing and music promotion classes which will be posted on this group
