Snow’s melted, site is clean, and progress is rolling. This one’s coming together nicely—memories will be made here soon. (With a few Masstown stops along the way 😉)

We’re incredibly proud to share that Keith Sawlor was recently honoured with the Leo Senz Lifetime Achievement Award at the Kohltech Peak Awards.

What began in 1969 with Doug and Melva Sawlor has grown into a three-generation family company built on hard work, integrity, and doing right by our clients.

Keith shared a short reflection on the journey, the people who made it possible, and what this recognition means to him.

Last night was a special evening at the Kohltech Peak Awards!

We are honoured to have received the Most Outstanding Energy Efficient New Home award for our Net Zero Fall River Project.

The most meaningful moment of the evening was celebrating Keith Sawlor, who was presented with the Leo Senz Lifetime Achievement Award. Watching the room stand to honour and celebrate him was truly incredible. After more than four decades dedicated to building homes and relationships across Nova Scotia, it was a well-deserved recognition, and we couldn’t be more proud.

A sincere thank you to Crystal at Canadian Home Builders' Association Nova Scotia and the entire Peak Awards team for putting together such a fantastic evening celebrating the greatness in our industry.
And thank you to our clients, friends, trade partners, and industry colleagues who are part of this journey with us.
