This project was a Historical property in the heart of Fox Point Hubbards, Nova Scotia. This was the original post office back in its time and still maintains its unique look.

We took the time to really give this project the extra attention it deserved!

*Fully removed and replaced all previous Caulking around the windows and trim, thorough Scraping, Sanding and repair to the shingles, Trim and Soffit\Facia. Water-Based Stain was applied to all surfaces.

*Stain products will be what recommend for most of our exterior wood and concrete projects, unless paint is required.
*Stain is especially recommended for properties near the ocean and sea air which we have an abundance of in our beautiful province!

This is a Clean and Coat package we did for two homes side by side in Dartmouth.

*Both homes have Aluminum Siding with Vinyl Trim and the Products\Colors that we used needed to be Vinyl\Aluminum Safe.

*An important tip when applying paint to Aluminum Siding, do not apply in direct sunlight or it will cure too quickly and cause paint blistering and failure.

Here are some pictures of wall coverings that we removed and restored back to smooth surfaces, an old fire place that needed tile repair and then cleaned up with fresh stain and some nice interiors we finished last month.
