SOQU is hitting major milestones.
With structural work complete and the building now watertight, we’re moving confidently into interior progress: rough-ins complete on the lower levels, framing advancing, and finishes about to begin.
The gym floor has been poured, elevators are nearing completion, and the Quinpool sidewalk is once again open to the public.
