Dear Customers,

@ Home Heating Fuels is concerned, like many Nova Scotians today, about the food and housing insecurity in our province.

We decided long ago, when we first started our small family business, that each winter we would donate to the many wonderful organizations and programs that support our communities. This is not something we ever thought we needed to share...until now.

This winter, our efforts are going to focus on the rising problem of food insecurity faced by families in our province. We will be donating to the programs in place that directly support the food needs of these families.

We recognize the many people, organizations and programs that are already doing such great work providing for families and we want to thank them. Yet there is still a growing need.

If you would like to learn more, we encourage you to contact your local counselor, food bank or the school in your neighbourhood. You can also follow the link below to the Nova Scotia Community Health Board to access information and read the 2025 - 2029 Community Health Plan for your zone. Thank you.
