Proud of this one!!! Many months ago, an old Air Force friend of mine called and asked if I could give him some advice on how to get the best price an income property he was considering selling at 15 India Street in Dartmouth…

We looked and chatted about comparable sales in the area if we sold “as is” and also had other numbers if we sold with some well though out upgrades/maintenance investments to the property…

Decision was made to go with the upgrades/renovations and after gathering several quotes we knew that All In Star Quality Renovations was the contractor we wanted and needed for this job… ✨✨✨

Couldn’t be happier with how the contractor made it all came together (on time AND on budget!!!) but more importantly, that we exceeded our own expectations with the sale!!!

Because after an extremely busy week with over 80 showings and after multiple offers submitted, we secured an accepted offer AND a backup offer (just in case!😉)…

Huge thanks owed once again to .dempsey.realtor for making sure our seller always had one of us availwhether that was taking sign calls, replying to REALTOR.ca emails, providing updates to myself or the seller, coordinating and doing showings and ensuring overall access to the property from start to finish!!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼
