Adrian, thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review!

It’s funny how something as simple as walking your dogs through a neighbourhood can lead to a great working relationship!

From our very first conversation, I could tell you were someone who valued quality, knowledge, and attention to detail. I have tremendous respect for homeowners who take the time to educate themselves and ask questions. After all, your home is one of your biggest investments, and you deserve to know exactly what’s being done and why.

What started as a flat roof membrane replacement turned into a more involved project, but our responsibility remained the same: address the underlying issues properly, deliver a quality roofing system, and make sure you were completely confident in the finished result.

One thing I’ve always believed is that a job isn’t finished simply because the work is done. It’s finished when the homeowner is satisfied and we can confidently stand behind everything we’ve done.

Your recognition of that commitment means a great deal to me and the entire crew.

Thank you again for trusting us with your home, for the great conversations throughout the project, and for your recommendation. It was genuinely a pleasure working with you!

Sandra, wow! Where do I even begin? Reviews like this truly mean more to me than I can put into words.

First and foremost, thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and detailed review. Knowing that you and your family are this happy with your experience is exactly why I started The Roofing Crew.

One part of your review really stood out to me — hearing that another company could recognize our work simply by the quality of the workmanship. That is honestly one of the greatest compliments I could ever receive. We put an incredible amount of pride, care, and attention into every roof we install, and knowing that our work speaks for itself, even when we’re not around, means everything.

I’ve always believed that doing a job right isn’t just about installing a new roof. It’s about standing behind your word, respecting someone’s home, paying attention to the little things, and never settling for “good enough.” If something isn’t right, we’re not finished. It’s that simple.

I’m incredibly proud of the crew we’ve built and the standards we hold ourselves to. Hearing that those efforts made such a positive impression on you reminds us why we do what we do.

Sandra, thank you for putting your trust in us, for recognizing the effort that goes into our work, and for giving us the opportunity to protect your home. It was genuinely a pleasure working with you.

And remember, just because the roof is finished doesn’t mean our relationship ends here. You’re now part of The Roofing Crew family, and we’ll always be just a phone call away if you ever need us.

From myself and the entire crew, thank you. Reviews like yours aren’t just five stars to us — they’re the reason we keep raising the bar. ❤️

🏠🔥 100+ REVIEWS. EVERY SINGLE ONE 5 STARS. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

That’s not just a rating. That’s a reputation we’ve worked incredibly hard to earn.

At The Roofing Crew, we’ve never believed that success is measured by how many roofs we replace or how much money we make on a job.

It’s measured by the trust we build, the promises we keep, and the homeowners who feel confident they made the right decision choosing us.

💪 100+ homeowners have taken the time to share their experiences. And every single one has given us 5 stars.

Not because we’re the cheapest.

Not because we tell people what they want to hear.

But because we show up, stand behind our work, give honest advice, and treat every home like it’s our own.

Sometimes that means replacing an entire roof. Other times, it means recommending a simple repair instead of a replacement someone doesn’t need.

We’d rather earn your trust for a lifetime than make an unnecessary sale today.

To every homeowner who has trusted us with their home, recommended us to a neighbour, or taken a few minutes to leave a review — THANK YOU. ❤️

You’ve helped turn a small local roofing company into a name that homeowners know they can trust.

And to our crew — this recognition belongs to you, too. Every early morning, every long day, every nail driven, and every job done right has helped build this reputation.

100+ FIVE-STAR REVIEWS.

ZERO SHORTCUTS.

ONE STANDARD. EXCELLENCE.

We’re proud of what we’ve built, but even more excited about what’s ahead.

Thank you so much, Viola, for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and detailed review!

Your words truly mean a lot to Melissa, myself, and the entire Roofing Crew team. One of the biggest things we pride ourselves on is honesty and transparency. We believe homeowners deserve to understand the condition of their roof, know their options, and feel confident making the decision that’s right for them, without pressure or unnecessary expenses.

Hearing that this was exactly the experience you had with us means we’re doing what we set out to do!

We’re grateful you placed your trust in The Roofing Crew, and we appreciate your willingness to recommend us to others. When the time eventually comes for a full roof replacement, we’ll be more than happy to help.

Thank you again for your kind words and for allowing us to be part of taking care of your home!

🔥 THE DETAILS MATTER.

Check out this chimney flashing we just finished! 👌

When The Roofing Crew replaces a roof, we don’t just tear off the shingles and nail the old metal back down.

We redo the metal too.

Chimneys, walls, valleys, vents and other critical areas are where a roof is most vulnerable to leaks. That’s why proper flashing is such an important part of a quality roofing system.

This chimney received all-new custom metal flashing, properly installed and finished for a clean look and, more importantly, long-term protection.

A new roof should be a new roofing system — not new shingles installed around old problem areas.

Expertise isn’t just knowing how to install a roof. It’s knowing why roofs fail.

We’ve been called to homes where roofs have leaked, repairs haven’t worked, and homeowners are frustrated because the problem keeps coming back.

Our job is to figure out why.

We look at the entire roofing system — installation, flashing, ventilation, materials, water management and the small details that can make the difference between a roof that simply looks good and one that actually performs.

We use top-quality materials, proven installation methods, and years of hands-on experience to build roofing systems designed for functionality, durability and long-term protection.

Because replacing a roof isn’t enough.

It needs to work.
