Every year in mid-August, Oakridge Group takes time to recognize and celebrate the people who make our company what it is through our Annual Staff Appreciation BBQ—a tradition we’ve proudly continued for over 33 years.

For half a day on a Thursday, we put the work aside and come together as one team. More than 150 employees gather to share some laughs, swap stories, and enjoy a great BBQ lunch with food options that celebrate the many cultures within our Oakridge family.

This annual tradition represents something important to us. While hard work and dedication have always been at the foundation of Oakridge Group, our success is ultimately defined by the people who contribute to it every day.
