This customer wanted some help sprucing up their backyard. They had some overgrown gardens they wanted removed and replaced with grass, as well as a couple patios that needed cleaning. We power washed the patios and replaced the polymeric sand to prevent weeds from growing. Combined with the fresh sod, the backyard feels fresh again!

The concrete walkway in front of this clients house had settled and sunk significantly over time, so they called us in to replace it with a large paver landing and walkway. We broke up the existing concrete, excavated the area, and installed pavers that complimented the color of the home. Once done we topped it off with a nice small garden with a few plantings and fresh mulch, and graded the lawn around the installation. Also while on site we re-sodded the backyard with new turf. This totally transformed the curb appeal of the home, and the clients love it!

Heres a video of the 14 unit townhouse complex we worked on this summer. This project included many different parts, including re-grading the entire property and creating swales along the full length of the lot for new storm drains. Additionally, between the grading, adding fresh garden soil, top soil, and gravel, we moved about 100 yards of materials. We installed new sod throughout the property, gravel pads around utilities, 145 plants and trees, and fresh mulch in all the gardens. Looks great and the client was happy!
