Hiring Skilled Framing Carpenters & Apprentices – Hampton, NB

Location: Hampton, NB & Surrounding Areas

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About Us:

We’re a Red Seal owned and operated carpentry business based in Hampton, New Brunswick, specializing in residential new home construction. Our team takes pride in building quality homes across the region in Saint John, Hampton, Rothesay, Belleisle, Kingston and beyond.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Skilled Framing Carpenters: 1+ years experience in framing, ability to work at heights and comfortable with all aspects of residential new builds. Finish carpentry experience is an asset.

• Apprentices: Motivated individuals eager to learn framing and grow with a Red Seal-led crew. Carpentry training (e.g., NBCC) or some site experience preferred.

What We Offer:

• Competitive pay: $25-$40 an hour for skilled carpenters (based on experience); $18-$25/hour for apprentices.

• Steady, year-round work in the Hampton area and nearby communities.

• Chance to work under a Red Seal carpenter with a focus on quality residential construction.

• Support for apprentices to log hours and advance skills.

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation (jobsites vary around Hampton area).

• Own basic tools (pouch, hammer, tape, chalk line etc.)

• Strong work ethic, team player attitude and willingness to learn more.

More progress on our Picadilly bungalow build! 🏡

The exterior is nearly complete with Mitten Indigo siding, crisp white fascia metal and finished white posts on the covered front entry. Both the front and rear decks are now completed as well.

Once the exterior lighting is installed, the outside will be officially wrapped up. Inside, the trim work is complete and the house is ready for paint.

It’s great seeing all the finishes come together as we move closer to the final stages of this custom build!
