Today, we pause to honor, remember, and reflect.
On National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we recognize the Survivors of residential schools, remember the children who never returned home, and acknowledge the lasting impacts on Indigenous families, communities, and generations.
As a construction company, we’re proud to work alongside Indigenous Partners, employees, tradespeople, leaders, and communities who contribute their knowledge, skills, and strength to the work we do every day. We are grateful for the relationships we have built and recognize that reconciliation is an ongoing journey—one that calls for listening, learning, respect, and meaningful action.
Today, we encourage our team, partners, and community members to take time to reflect, learn, and honor the experiences and resilience of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples. And to reaffirm our commitment to creating a workplace where everyone is respected, valued, and given the opportunity to thrive.
