🚨 IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL FIELDS ABOVE ROOFING CLIENTS 🚨
We are currently dealing with a security breach involving our email and banking communications.
Until further notice, we respectfully ask all clients to contact us directly by phone at 519-495-3304 if you need to reach us or discuss your account.
PLEASE DO NOT:
Email [email protected]
Send an e-transfer or any other electronic payment at this time
Respond to any email requesting payment or providing new or updated payment instructions
Send funds based on emailed payment instructions without first speaking with us directly
We have discovered that an unauthorized individual has intercepted email communications and fraudulently redirected client payments.
We are currently working closely with Police, the appropriate fraud department and our financial institution to have this matter investigated, addressed, and resolved as quickly as possible.
We would also like to sincerely thank the loyal clients who reached out to us after noticing something concerning. It was because of these clients bringing their concerns directly to our attention that we ultimately became aware of this breach. We are extremely grateful that they took the time to contact us.
If you have recently received payment instructions by email, please DO NOT send any funds without first confirming the instructions directly with us by phone at 519-495-3304.
If you have already sent an e-transfer or other payment based on instructions received by email, please contact us immediately.
We sincerely apologize for the concern and inconvenience this may cause and appreciate everyone's patience, understanding, and cooperation while we work to resolve this situation.
We will provide an update to our clients as soon as this matter has been fully addressed and it is safe to resume normal email communications and electronic payments.
