Grandpa John's Wood Shed Welcome to Grandpa John's Wood Shed, where visitors are screeched in and 'Aye b'y' there's always a tale to tell. I am a recently retired truck driver.

John is a newfy turned land-lover, a fresh retiree and excited to turn his decades-old woodworking hobby into this new business. I was raised in Newfoundland and have been living in Saskatchewan for about 43 years. I began woodworking approx. 30 years ago, making small items for flea markets. I found that I really enjoyed this hobby, and over the years I have continued building with wood. At one t

ime I owned & operated my own finishing company. I own a small shop that is well tooled and look forward to continuing woodworking into my retirement years.
