Backyard transformation with a septic twist...💩😲

YES, you can have the backyard oasis you've been dreaming of...but when septic is involved, what's underneath 'may' matter more than what's on top!!!

Proper planning, careful design, and knowing where you septic system is located can save you you from a very expensive pool party surprise 🙃💩🙃💩

When locating a septic tank goes ...sideways (literally) 🤭

Sometimes finding the tank is easy.
Sometimes the tank fights back (or at least the ground above it does)!💩

Today our probe met its match...and let's just say the probe lost 🙃

Don't worry, we'll find the tank...we ALWAYS do!!
We just might need a new probe (oh, and a little more patience 🙏)!

The outlined area identifies the approximate location of the existing septic tile bed. The tile bed has been compromised by subsequent landscaping and hardscape construction within the septic area. The hardscape appears to have been installed without adequately investigating or confirming the location and limits of the existing septic system prior to construction. 🤭💩🤬
