Join Jasper at the cute and cozy Carm Haven Studios for Intuitive Art Class! Carm Haven Studios is a local paint your own pottery studio and art supplies store located in the heart of downtown Invermere.
Intuitive Art Class teaches a unique kind of artistic expression. It asks you to let go of expectation and judgement and embrace who you are in the moment. Tapping into your creative energy and laying it all out on the paper. We aren't learning fine arts techniques, or how to paint specific subject matter. We are learning to experience a flow state of creation that can often be abstract and imperfect. That is the point, to embrace a piece of art that is organic, raw and made in the moment. The more you intuitively create, the more you will learn about yourself as a person and as an artist.
This class is Mixed Media based art class, offering all kinds of materials to work into your art, making it a wonderful opportunity to try something new with all supplies are included! Enjoy a selection of paint, crayons, embroidery materials, markers, and more!
In the June Intuitive Art Class we will be creating an art piece on beautiful watercolor paper and creating a wall hanging out of it with a stick found from nature.
