Another phase of the project complete in Nicole Mackenzie 🚧💪
We’re stoked to have wrapped up another phase of our contract, combining the electrical and roadwork to keep things moving along. Burcon Slipform nailed the curbs, and BA Blacktop put the final touches on the pavement to bring it all together. 👏

Pumped to have the opportunity to be awarded this contract for Bluestem Utilities at the Ladera Townhome subdivision!

Phase one was a big one—waterline installation, five weeks of hot summer ditch work, and plenty of long days for our four-man crew.

The boys put in the work and knocked out:

đź’§ 4 hydrants
đź’§ 4 tie-ins
💧 600 m of 8” C900
💧 600 m of 4” C900
đź’§ Multiple blow-offs,Air releases,50 services(25mm-50mm),Tees,Valves,restraints and so much more!

A lot of sweat, dirt, and teamwork went into getting this phase across the finish line, and we couldn’t be more stoked with how it turned out.
Huge shout out to kelvin at delta irrigation for nailing the materials to complete waterworks! Highly recommend!!
Now it’s on to the road works. One phase down, few more to go. Stay tuned!

Pretty pumped to kick off our first foundation for Vanderstad Construction LTD on Battle Street!
This one was a tight backyard, so we had to get creative. Started off moving in the 160 Kobelco for the wall and shed demo, then got into digging the shop foundation.
Eventually we ran out of room for the big girl, so the mini came in and saved the day to finish up the tight spots. đź’Ş
Dean Gray came through to help get the footing base dialed in with some crush!!
Stoked to see this build come together and looking forward to working with Vanderstad Construction LTD and coming back for the backfill and final cleanup.

Had the privilege of working on this beautiful property at East Barrier Lake for Cardi Homes Ltd.
Our scope included mobilizing to site, clearing the property with the help of Childs play trucking and preparing the excavation for the new cabin foundation. Once Cardi Homes completes the foundation, we’ll be returning to complete the backfill and septic installation.
We appreciate the opportunity to be part of another great project and look forward to seeing it come together.
