A room that does a little bit of everything — without feeling like it has to ✨

This multifunctional space was designed to serve as a guest room, home office, family TV room and music space, all while keeping the overall look cohesive and intentional.

We had the pleasure of collaborating with Leah from Wolsey Wall Architecture & Interior Design on this project. The Murphy bed and built-in sofa were custom ordered through Resource Furniture, and our role was to design and install the surrounding cabinetry to complete the built-in look.

We love how the colour-drenched palette brings everything together. The cabinetry feels like it was always meant to be part of the architecture, rather than something added afterward.

This is exactly where custom millwork shines. When a space needs to work hard, every inch matters. Custom cabinetry allows you to work around the room, the furniture, and the way you actually live — creating storage, function and visual cohesion that simply can't be achieved with off-the-shelf pieces.

So happy with how this space came together 🤍

Our Modern Edge family would like to extend our thoughts and prayers to everyone who has been affected by the wildfires throughout our community ❤️

A heartfelt thank you to all of the firefighters, first responders, volunteers, and everyone working tirelessly to keep our communities safe. Your courage, dedication, and countless hours do not go unnoticed.

It has been so heartwarming to see our communities come together and support one another through such uncertain and difficult times. From opening homes and businesses to helping evacuate neighbours and four-legged friends, these acts of kindness are a reminder of just how strong our community is.

To everyone who has been evacuated, displaced, or impacted in any way — we are thinking of you and hoping for safety and brighter days ahead❤️

Please stay safe, look out for one another, and take care of yourselves and your neighbours.
