Here it is!
I’m pretty proud of this mural. It’s the second one I’ve ever done. Took 4 long days which is good because that was my deadline. Couldn’t have done it without my amazing mentor Kristin Grant though. She advised me on everything I would need to complete this challenge. She helped me pick the airbrush and compressor (even went to the store with me), showed me how to use it and clean it, and also came and helped me pick paint colours at Benjamin Moore Kelowna who generously donated the paint. She went above and beyond.
Thank you so much Kristin!! And thank you Benjamin Moore Kelowna!!

So I finished the second and final coat of paint on this Mural last night at Kelowna’s Gospel Mission. This time I had help! It took the two of us 5 hours just to get that second coat on and we finished at 3am. Just needs the quote to go on now. The amazing international muralist/bodypainter Kristin Grant volunteered her night to help me. I had never met her in person before last night. She had helped me behind the scenes via messenger giving me tips and advice on how to do my first mural along the way. First attempt at a stomach knot. Was hard to paint looking in a mirror! Just having some fun challenging myself seeing what I can and can't do.

Hello all!
I think I bit off more than I can chew with this one but hey, if you don't challenge yourself, you don't grow right? Besides, it took me like 2.5/3 hours so its getting posted regardless haha. This is my attempt at recreating someone else's design.
Happy with my drawn on my lips though (painted my real lips black) I also couldn't find white contact lenses in time so I adjusted my eyes in Photoshop.
