A 50-foot drop from road to lake. Three years of phased construction over exposed bedrock. This Upper Mission project put our team's problem-solving to the test daily, and the results speak for themselves: terraced retaining walls, a 12-foot pondless waterfall, custom Corten steel planters, and a heated driveway that took over 200 cubic yards of excavation to make happen.

From a steep, overgrown slope to a backyard they can't wait to share.

New to the Okanagan, this Magic Estates couple had a vision: a pool, a place to entertain, and a private retreat for their family (and their dog, Angus). What they had was a hillside covered in weeds and debris, with a single access point for the entire build.

In just 7 weeks, our team brought in over 130 tonnes of structural fill, built multiple terraced levels, and added a custom waterfall feature, all while keeping daily cleanup and site management tight from start to finish.

As the homeowners put it, they're "more than thrilled to have family and friends visit" and enjoy the space they now call home.

That's the goal on every project. 🧡

Not built in a season. Built to last.

Three years, 50 feet of elevation change, and a waterfront lot with steep terrain, mature trees, and a protected riparian area to work around. This Upper Mission project called on our design and install teams for engineered retaining walls, a 12-foot pond and waterfall, custom Corten steel planters, and over 200 cubic yards of excavated fill, all while preserving the site's mature oak and natural character.

Now that the build is complete, our team is on-site year-round for weekly and seasonal maintenance, keeping this landscape looking as sharp as the day we finished it.

Design. Install. Maintain. Start to finish, we're with it.
