Ariva Resort features 194 units, underground parking, a pool, and a bistro. But it is the winding garden of lavender and wildflowers that stops people mid-walk 🌸

When we built this landmark in West Kelowna, we knew the landscaping could not be an afterthought. In construction, the final details reveal everything about how the foundation was poured and the walls were raised. If you do not take care with the final square foot of soil, you did not take care with the rest of the project.

That is why we poured just as much focus into the stone facades and winding gravel paths as we did the structural engineering. The vibrant rows of lavender, yellow, and white flowers frame the modern wood and glass balconies, creating a seamless connection between the Okanagan landscape and the residential spaces.

Over our 40 years of building across the Okanagan, we have learned that a great multi-family development must feel like it belongs to its natural environment. Ariva Resort is a perfect example of that philosophy in action.
