You will be required to undertake installation, maintenance, and repairs to pipes and fixtures associated with heating, cooling, water distribution, gas supplies and sanitation systems in residential and commercial structures.
You will work in a physically and mentally demanding environment, and will require heavy lifting both indoors and outdoors, and exposure to extreme temperatures.
You will work independently or in a team environment and be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining pipes, fixtures and other plumbing used for water distribution, gas supply and waste water disposal in domestic, commercial and industrial buildings
You will be required to install and/or repair household fixtures and fittings (hot water tanks, dishwashers, laundry, bathroom showers), circulating, sewage and pressure pumps, sanitary lines, flow measuring devices and gas fitting work to BC Standards.
