Looking to get your foot in the door in the powerline industry? We’re hiring a Labourer to support our field crews with the construction and maintenance of electrical infrastructure.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
-Assist linemen and civil crews with day-to-day job site tasks
-Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
-Dig holes, set poles, install underground duct banks, install cable & string wire (under supervision)
-Maintain clean and organized job sites
-Operate basic tools and follow safety procedures

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
-Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
-Valid Class G driver’s license (DZ an asset)
-Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team
-Safety-conscious mindset
-Experience in construction or utility work is an asset but not required

Are you a skilled operator with experience in heavy equipment? Are you ready to work on challenging, high-impact projects that keep the grid running? We’re looking for a dedicated Equipment Operator to join our team in the powerline construction industry.

Position: Equipment Operator
Employment Type: Full-Time

🔨 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Operate and maintain heavy equipment (excavators, digger derricks, skid steer, backhoe, etc.)

Support the construction and maintenance of overhead and underground powerlines

Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites

Assist crews with setup and teardown of equipment

Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Perform daily inspections and minor maintenance on assigned equipment

✅ 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

Valid DZ licence

Proven experience operating heavy equipment in a utility or construction setting

Strong commitment to safety and teamwork

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed

Prior experience in powerline or utility construction is a strong asset
