We've been busy around the farm processing fresh chicken, and we've got some great offerings available:
- Whole chicken 3lb - 5lb range
- Chicken liver
- Chicken hearts
- Chicken gizzards
- Chicken necks 1lb bags
- Chicken Feet
- Soup stock chickens

What's "soup stock chicken"? These are our free range mature hens and roosters. They're not the best candidates for roasting, but they are absolutely perfect for simmering into a rich, flavorful, healthy soup or bone broth.
