When you get a phone call from a customer with an electrical issue that they don’t know how to take care of themselves and when they get their invoice they question why it cost as much as it is. They just don’t understand what it is we as electricians actually do. We’re not there to take all your money, we’re there to help and offer solutions to your issue. We pride ourselves in offering our customers nothing but the best service possible. Hopefully this explanation helps customers understand what and why service calls cost what they do.
