Another project complete!

This custom deck was built around the existing pool, creating plenty of room to relax, entertain and enjoy the backyard. Complete with new railings, privacy panels and stairs, everything was built to make the space feel finished, functional and ready to enjoy the last bit of summer! ☀

A look at this metal roof upgrade from start to finish. We stripped off the existing shingles, installed 2 inches of foam insulation, then finished it off by putting the brown metal roofing on.

Last time we shared this lake lot, it was just a concrete slab, safe to say, a lot has changed since then!

The walls are up, roof trusses are going in, and the shape of this home is really starting to come together.
