✅ Skilled Carpenter Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years experience in residential construction
Ability to read plans and work independently
Strong framing, finishing, and renovation skills
Own basic tools
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic & attention to detail
✅ Labourer Requirements:
Construction experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
Punctual and dependable
Positive attitude and team mindset
