It’s always a good feeling when you complete a job and get to move on.

This project was definitely slow and steady. From having to support the roof while demoing the deck, to hydro vacuuming the sonotubes, pouring concrete in -22, hoarding in the site for days while the concrete cured, and finally framing the new deck.

Safe to say the clients and inspectors were happy with this job. Who knows, maybe the roof will be getting an upgrade in a few years 👌🏻

This week we moved forward by getting the hydro vac team in to dig the holes for the sonotubes. This rig is an absolute beast and made digging these holes easy, especially around the utilities. Thank you team Eleven Environmental 🙌🏻

Starting off the new year with a new project. Replacing the lower deck on this structure while keeping the roof above 🙄

This week was demo and next week we will work on installing the sonotubes.

Shout out to for the bin rental and the clutch bin placement. We had about 18ft from the deck to the sidewalk. As we are not allowed to encroach on city property it could not be on the sidewalk. A small thing that makes the job so much easier!

This week we started 5 projects on student homes for a client. Completing three this week. Demo, framing, drywall, painting, doors and trim.

This rake wall towers at a total of 15’-4.5” from floor to peak. Giving a visual of just how tall this third floor will be once the trusses are standing.

Wishing everyone this year a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.

Sharp Contracting Solutions is taking some much deserved rest time over the holidays and would like to thank all of our clients and trades that we worked alongside with for a wonderful year. We are looking forward to continue to work together and grow even more in the upcoming year.
