This was a fun one for our friends . A tiny bathroom and larger closet was demolished and combined for a functional bathroom! With DLJ Plumbing and heating by our side and the countless hours by our dedicated staff we were able to get these tenants back in their home in no time.

Our friend Leslee called us with concerns over a sagging gable. When we inspected it we found a 6 foot over hang with zero support and an improperly cantilevered set up.

We installed a 3 ply 9 inch x 20 ft LVL beam atop a 6x6 post. The home was opened up carefully allowing us to rest the beam on newly installed studs. We secured the beam to the roof, cladded it, installed a T bracket, drywalled the area we opened up inside, colour match painted, cleaned and left the home structurally sound just in time for this snow fall!

This unsupported concrete porch created a huge danger to the tenants using the space below as storage so they called for our help.

We shored the porch with 6 posts to ensure our safety while working. 2x10 ledger boards, 2x6 joists with strong ties and 40 chemical anchors to secure it all. Left it so clean it looks like we were never there!

Sometimes plaster fails, and when it does we are grateful our friends give us a call! We were able to remove / tarp the clients possession and the beautiful hardwood floors, remove the falling plaster ceiling, put up drywall and give the entire living area a fresh coat of paint. The best part was the tenant returning to all her possessions back in their original spot and her unit sparkling clean!

Fun time putting the final touches on the bar we built a while back for a new restaurant opening up in the hub soon! We built the bar, BGM metal works put on a stainless top, tiled and we finalized with corrugated steel, a server prep area and mounting their neon light and wireless phone charging pads built right into the bar top. This place is going to be great!
