Sometimes you don’t need a new house…you just need to add MORE to the one you’ve got!

We had the pleasure of designing and building this addition for some amazing clients! It was much more than adding square footage, it was maximizing all of the spaces for function. The addition included a custom kitchen with a massive island, spacious mudroom, beautiful bathroom, dedicated office that walks out to the backyard, and a new full height basement. The living room boasts a 12’ slider that brings it all together with the outdoors.

We also reimagined the existing main floor by opening up walls to create a new and bright open floor concept with a new dining room.

And apparently adding more house wasn’t enough…a new pool and wrap-around deck to extend the home even further!

The result is a home that feels completely transformed - more space, better flow, and a whole new way to enjoy both the inside and outside. We sure are proud of this one for our clients!

Designing an addition is about more than creating extra space - it’s about making it feel like it was always meant to be there.

For this mudroom addition, we designed and built a space that seamlessly connects to our clients beautiful existing aesthetic. From the custom interior - shiplap ceiling, butcher block bench with shelves, pantry, bar fridge, and a pass through to the kitchen, every element was selected to complement the warmth of this beautiful home.

From concept to completion, this lakeside sunroom was designed to bring the outdoors in - day and night.

We used massive glulam rafters to match the existing house, which create both strength and architectural beauty. Add in a hot tub, a stunning skylight overhead, this space was built for year-round relaxation. By day, it frames breathtaking waterfront views. By night, the skylight transforms the room into a front-row seat to the stars.

Every detail was carefully crafted to blend aromatic cedar, a tongue & groove ceiling overhead and stained to match the house. An incredible retreat - this was a fun one!

We designed and built a custom poolside cabana—complete with a covered area for a hot tub, and plenty of space to host unforgettable nights. Think shade by day, party vibes by night.

Another transformation in the books!
We helped our clients say goodbye to their old deck—the one that had definitely seen better days (and more than a few Canadian winters!).

In its place, we built a brand new deck designed for comfort, durability, and year-round enjoyment. With a solid roof overhead, featuring a pine tongue and groove ceiling, outdoor living no longer depends on the weather forecast. With a shaded area perfect for relaxing or firing up the BBQ, adding louvered privacy walls on both ends brings the perfect balance of airflow and shade.
