Hello Neighbors!
Unfortunately its time to get ready for winter!

One of the most common contributors to water damage is not winterizing your outdoor faucets properly.

Follow these steps to ensure you don't have this happen to your home.

1) Shut off your water supply inside the house.

This valve should be located close to the outdoor faucet location.

2) Disconnect the hoses.

This step is important for proper drainage of water from the faucet.

3) Open the outdoor faucet so that all water drains outside

If you are having any problems completing these steps, I would be happy to help out and offer options!
