How I do my Custom Backsplashes in Occupied homes...
All surfaces in the work areas are throughly protected prior to starting the job. Albert Florotex, (The blue Material covering the Granite Countertops) is wonderful because its waterproof, padded and has a built in "non slip" bottom, To protect your existing floors we use dropsheets and thick moving blankets as seen below
