1100 square foot stamped concrete band completed around this new pool ! Ashlar slate stamp for the patio and then a step down to seamless stone for around the pool band. Smoke grey colour used in the concrete with midnight grey EZ-tique for the two tone colour ! Very happy customer after this one.

Phase two completed at McDonald’s on Midland ! More interlock ripped out and replaced with concrete. One more phase to go !

Ripped out and replaced part of this damaged garage floor. Door wouldn’t sit flush anymore with all the shifting, allowing rodents and water in. Won’t be having that problem anymore !

200 linear feet of curb done ! 16” wide radius curb with two lengths of rebar for reinforcement. Placed the rebar while pouring to ensure it stays in the middle of the curb ! Asphalt from Kiley Paving Ltd. Next to clean it all up !

Another job done for Trillium Properties Group ! Walkway done for three separate units. Two out front, and one in the back. Formed, gravel done and poured all in one day. Back tomorrow to strip forms and seal !

Out with the old, in with the new! We love seeing a project come together from start to finish. Take a look at the before and after of this recent driveway replacement. We widened this driveway to better accommodate more vehicles, with full approval from the city, and used a custom smoke grey finish for a darker, modern look. Quality craftsmanship makes all the difference.

Phase 1 of 3 completed at McDonald’s on Midland. Old interlock patio and walkway were causing tripping hazards. Replaced with nice new concrete patio. Float finish for this one. Sidewalks next !

Big back yard slab poured. This one finished around 1300 sq ft. Mini ex and concrete buggy made quick work of this project ! Thanks for the help Da Silva Concrete Solutions Inc.
