Vacation is a time to simply get away, relax and be stress free. Whether it is for a week or two at a time or maybe you are a snow birder who spends many months down south, either way the last thing on your mind should be, "is my house safe, secure, and maintained." There is no need to burden family, friends, or neighbours. Let me keep a watchful eye on your home base while you are away.
If you choose to hire me for this service I will pledge to you to check on your property every other day, interior and exterior. I would be available for key holder duties for alarm calls, checking for water issues, heating and cooling, lighting in residence, mail retrieval, and driveway or lawn maintenance if needed. If an issue arises, after consultation with you I would arrange for any contractors for service. Whatever your vacation need is I can assist you. I provide peace of mind that your home will be in the hands of a person you can trust to treat your home like it was my own.
Further when the border opens and travel has resumed in a normal fashion other services that I could provide is trips to and from the airports or driving your vehicle to your vacation destination if you require it with you.

About me
I am born and raised in Leamington but now reside in Kingsville. My immediate family still reside in Leamington. I have been happily married for the past 25 years to Kathy and have one 17 year old daughter Gemma. I have spent the past 31 years in policing, 20 years with the former Leamington Police Service and the past 10 plus years with the Ontario Provincial Police. Now retired.

Fees:
$75.00/week
$200.00/month
Driveway cleaning/salting or lawn cutting would be an added charge $30.00/service ($35.00 if using my own equipment)
Airport shuttle $125.00 plus border fees using your vehicle
Vehicle transport would depend on destination/travel time and can be discussed at time with client.
