This is a perfect example of why ALL home owners should not go with the cheapest quotes they can find.
This roofing project was done in Waterloo 2 years ago and has leaked in every room in the house.
They re used old drip edge that is all bent and deteriorating. some spots none used at all.
The shingles were stacked and not stepped. Warranty is voided automatically. The capping does not match the gaf system and have used the cheapest on the market let alone not a color match.
Starter not used. used old shingles
Chimney metal not changed or sealed let alone ice and water shield around and no underlayment on this roof.
This home owner now has to rr do there full roof and plywood as it has created mold every.
Please dont be fooled by illegal workers and cheap prices. We as roofers and others can contest see this all the time. Save your self thousands of dollars by picking local and honest roofers.
