It’s been a while since Ive worked with turned posts and spindles. For the stair being red oak and the flooring being white oak, I’d say the stain match turned out pretty good. oil based stain followed by .us topcoat tinted with .stain

Nice stain job from earlier this summer. This is a traditional stain mixer of dye and water based pigments followed by a toner to match/complement the vinyl flooring.

Staining this red oak railing and stair to match this engineered white oak. Matching white oak to red can be pretty challenging. Ive had my fair share of opportunities in the last couple years. This one is 2 sealer coats tinted with a combination of 2 stains mixed at 10:1 ration followed by 2 top coats. Using and sealer and topcoat
