Reface complete !! no issues -treads were super solid railing was nice - covered and protected from other trades !

Reface day !!!stairs get covered with -white oak treads -white risers. Tomorrow we finish the flooring- nosing -rail and balusters !

So happy to get all 4 stairs done - today was a battle ! I have to say -it’s very genius of that builder -to have everyone show up at once and not have a driveway to park in😂 - scheduling everyone on a Friday with no parking was hilarious to me 😆 once the 6 drywallers finished unloading/ dropping their material off- we were able to park and get to work !!! at least the first day we weren’t bothered - somehow we finished earlier the second day- even with the battle over space to unload and get in 😂✌️luckily everyone was in a good mood, except the neighbours 😂🤣

Two stairs - build onsite ( 16 rise closed -carpet grade poplar treads- spruce stringers .wonderful day ! Back at it tomorrow for another 2 —-happy Thursday everyone !!!

Stair build x2 and railing installation - spectacular carpentry- once the wall is built underneath the open stair and everything is painted and stained -It will be beautiful ! (Hopper renovations) railing

Tuesday glass setup - this was a great job - every job has its very own obstacles - today the hydro lines were being put up on the poles…. so we had no power until 1 pm - it’s awesome that Dewalt makes every tool (battery operated) now it is time to recharge the batteries! !

Another Beautiful railing done- ( iron installation finish smooth ) I also added a small kitchen feature in the middle of the video it’s not our work - but it was amazing ! This was a model home in Hamilton Ontario
