Sustainable Cycles Sustainable Cycles is an inclusive co-operative that strives to change the way people think and talk Our work so far has focused mostly on menstruation.

Sustainable Cycles offers a variety of workshops, and products that encourage people to engage in life in a way that is healthy for body, mind and spirit. We offer reusable menstrual pads, locally handmade by us. You may have seen our booth at such places as The Non-Violence Festival, Stitch and Kitsch, Bloomin' Earth, and other local events. We also run workshops, often on campus (WLU and UW), an

d occassionally in the community. Workshops we facilitate include: Make your own menstrual pad, Sustainable Menstruation, Cycle Charting, etc. Sustainable Cycles is now offering home parties! Book a party for free and we will come to your home and share information about sustainable menstrual products, and natural pain management.
