Ever heard of “zippering” on a roof? 🏠💨
When shingles lose their seal, entire sections can begin lifting together—almost like someone is undoing a zipper. Once wind gets underneath, it can lead to large sections of shingles being damaged or torn right off the roof.
It’s another example of why an inspection can catch problems that aren’t always obvious from the ground.
Catch it before the next windstorm does.
