Wow, 10 years. Time flies I tell ya. What started out as a clipboard and some vista print business cards quickly turned into something I had dreams of but had no clue how to turn it into reality.
I was lucky along the way. I was given a business advisor (Marios Matsias) that gave me the no nonsense attitude that I needed. To be able to put myself out there and really go for my dreams, was something I could not have done without his guidance. Together we made a business plan that turned 5k into a lean mean grass cutting machine. I would door knock target neighborhoods on weekends in hopes of meeting new people and breaking into the market.
10 years later we have the best customers in the world. It is their trust in us that has enabled us to grow our business into something they can count on week in and week out.
10 years later we have the best employees in the world as well. together the 7 current employees have over 35 years experience with our company. Their customer service is unmatched and together we have the ability to go above and beyond our customer expectations. Together we retain over 98% of our customers year over year and this gives us the ability to grow at a desired rate for both quality and efficiency.
It would be hard to thank everyone that deserves it. I have leaned on so many friends and family over the past 10 years and not once have you let me down. I am thankful for every single one of you.
