Kitchener's Carl Zehr Square $12M reconstruction set to begin this spring to update infrastructure nearing end of life.

The outdoor spaces around Kitchener's city hall, including Carl Zehr Square, will be under construction for about a year and a half starting this spring. At Monday's council meeting, councillors awarded a $12 million tender for the work.
