Up with so many excellent deserving people being nominated for the program we honestly could not make a decision so we enlisted the help of some of our sponsors.

After what felt like an eternity everyone came to the agreement for the lovely Dani Ducross

For those of you who don’t know Dani she is on more boards then anyone probably knew where available in the city, along with countless volunteering around the community plus all she does for the Don’t Hibernate books etc.

She has raised 2 amazing young men that give back to the community when they can. When her younger boy got sick Dani never stopped caring for her community just spread herself even thinner!

Thank you for all you do and we were honoured to have you be our inaugural person for this program and to help relieve just one small stress from your life.

Dentist office had a leaking water heater, and absolutley no pressure so the team was called in to replace the unit.

Upon further inspection not only had the tank developed a leak but due to flimsy material/connection a joint near the ceiling was also leaking.

Out with the old and in with the new John Woods, expansion tank and a new water line.

Team got called out to a Lennox that was just not cooling anymore, after cleaning the unit and then a diagnostic work over the customer decided they would rather replace then keep fixing.

So out with the old and in with the reliable and quiet Ruud, some of our techs smile at any chance then have to donate another Lennox to the scrap pile.

Team got called down to craigshomesales in Lethbridge to this beautiful show home that needed a few finishing touches to turn it into one of a kind for the new owners.

Team uninstalled a toilet and moved it to under the window in the master, while plumbing in the beautiful freestanding tub and faucet!

Team got called to replace this old water heater that was leaking from almost every possible place including a huge split in the bottom.

Tank was over half full of sediment so the guys after muscling this tank out of the closet forgot to get a picture of the new John Woods tank they replaced this beauty.
