A loose or rocking toilet can sometimes be a warning sign of a failed wax seal — which may allow water to slowly leak under the flooring and cause hidden damage over time.
In this Langley bathroom, we found a water leak that had just started under the flooring, caused by a failed toilet wax seal. We removed the toilet and vanity, fully dried and treated the affected area, sealed it, and applied an odor eliminator before installing new waterproof vinyl plank flooring.
The result is a clean, fresh, and durable finish that’s built to last.
