Talk about a satisfying cleanup!

There is nothing better than looking back at a pristine, freshly manicured space when the sun is shining. Leaving things much greener and a whole lot sharper than we found them!

Nothing more satisfying than a fresh "just applied" top coat! This deck got a major waterproofing upgrade.... just in time for the weekend.

The crew spent plenty of time tightening up the subfloor, power-washing, and prepping the surface before sealing everything with a durable new liquid membrane. We ran it seamless and high up the walls to ensure a completely airtight seal against the elements, finishing it off with a heavy broadcast of silica sand for a safe, non-slip textured grip.

We are putting the final interior touches on this multi-story window replacement and partial building envelope project.

From stripping down old siding and fixing hidden rot, to building out an engineered rain-screen system and setting 24 new windows—the crew absolutely crushed the heavy lifting.

Now that the exterior is airtight and the scaffolding is packed up, we’re just knocking out the interior finishing details.

One of our favorite elements was a sustainable millwork pivot: taking the existing, high-quality cabinet boxes, carefully deconstructing them on-site, and rebuilding them into sleek, full-height storage walls to perfectly streamline the office footprint.

From painting the custom door frames a seamless dark grey to flawless drywall mudding, T-bar ceiling integration, and framing bright interior glass partitions—our crews handled every minor detail to give the space a clean, modern aesthetic.

We recently wrapped up a comprehensive maintenance run out in South Surrey, tackling everything from high-elevation detailing to unexpected groundwork.

Our crews were busy right across the complex renewing failed window sealants, repairing cracked Hardie trim, recaulking gable fascias, and clearing blocked drainage pathways to protect the structures from future weather cycles. But the real test of a maintenance team is how you handle the unexpected. While reconstructing timber landscape ties, we uncovered a massive erosion cavity right beneath a main concrete chimney slab. We quickly shifted gears, stabilized the entire void with power-hammered crush gravel, and built a custom extended tie-in to prevent future washouts.

There is something incredibly satisfying about bringing clean structure back to a landscape. Over the course of a season, hedges and shrubs slowly lose their shape, softening the walkways and subtly changing the look of an entire property making it feel a bit "heavy".

Trimming them back is all about finding that perfect balance between letting the greenery thrive and keeping the common areas looking beautifully manicured and spacious.

Out on the coast, a deck has to stand up to heavy rain and constant moisture cycles. For this project on Gabriola Island, we stepped in to give a residential deck a complete structural reset after cutting back the old, rotted edges.

The transformation wrapped up with a clean laydown of Duradek vinyl in a premium cedarwood finish. By heat-welding every seam and detailing the flashing along the perimeter, we ensured the entire surface is completely sealed against the elements.

It's a massive aesthetic upgrade that keeps the underlying structure bone-dry and maintenance-free for years to come.
