About Erik:
Erik’s story spans continents—born in Singapore, raised in Bangkok for over a decade, and now based in White Rock, BC. With Swedish and Vietnamese heritage, he brings a truly global mindset, adaptability, and curiosity into every environment he’s part of.
Outside of work, Erik is built for the outdoors. Whether it’s skiing deep powder, backpacking remote trails, surfing coastlines, or rock climbing new routes, he’s always chasing the next challenge. When he’s not outside, you’ll likely find him in the kitchen—exploring food culture, experimenting with recipes, and learning through cooking.
At CUC, Erik has quickly become known for his eagerness to learn and get involved. He values being part of a strong team, working alongside experienced industry professionals, and stepping up to real project responsibility where it matters most.
Career goals:
Finish his civil engineering degree, grow into project management, and eventually combine his leadership skills and passion for food by opening a restaurant of his own—bringing people together through both construction and cuisine.
