During warmer seasons, fats, oils, and grease (FOG) are able to seperate from the water and float to the top of the tank before hardening. As the weather starts to cool down, FOG can travel further into your system and collect down stream from your tank potentially causing problems in the future! Watch out what you put down your drains!
