This project is all about creating the ultimate outdoor living space for summer entertaining. By expanding the existing deck, we’ve added nearly 1,000 sq. ft. of functional outdoor space designed for comfort, style, and hosting family and friends.

Next up, this space will feature a powered louvered pergola, built-in heaters, soft decorative perimeter lighting, and a brand new hot tub on the lower composite deck. With the electrical already roughed in, every detail is being planned to create a beautiful and relaxing backyard experience, day and night.

This project is starting to take shape. All of the screw piles are now installed for this massive two-stage deck, and framing is officially underway.

With 25 screw piles installed in just two days by our friends , the site stayed clean, organized, and ready for the next phase. This new outdoor living space will include an upper covered deck with powered louvers, stairs leading to a lower composite deck, and a brand new hot tub area designed for entertaining.

We’re excited to kick off a new deck project in Surrey. This backyard transformation includes replacing an aging existing deck with a larger two-level outdoor living space of approximately 1,200 square feet, including a new vinyl deck, a covered upper area, and a lower composite deck designed around a new hot tub. It’s a great example of how thoughtful planning can turn an outdoor space into something more functional, low-maintenance, and perfect for entertaining family and friends.
