Successful applicants will,

Possess a minimum 5 years utility construction experience specific to Civil Pipeline installation.

Foreman must be able to read and understand blueprints and perform and supervise all technical aspects of a job.

Must have a valid driver license.

Beneficial to have a First Aid Level 1 and any other tickets relative to the tasks they are supervising (i.e. Confined Space, Rigging, Excavation Safety, and Fall Protection).

Strong people/supervision skills, together with an ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels are important. Sound planning and organization skills are essential in this role.

A strong understanding and working knowledge of OH&S is required. The Site Forman will also be required to use their own initiative and apply a deductive approach when maintaining productivity and cost effectiveness.
