Another Great Addition to Leduc!

We’re proud to showcase another custom commercial development, designed and built by the Petra Holdings team!

Featuring two commercial tenant spaces, this building reflects our signature architectural style, combining timeless design, quality craftsmanship, and functionality.

Our involvement didn’t stop with the base building. We also had the opportunity to complete the tenant improvements for Purity Medispa & Laser, Purity Medispa and Laser bringing their new space to life.

It’s always rewarding to see a project progress from initial design through construction and ultimately become a home for local businesses.

We’re proud to continue contributing to Leduc’s growing business community, creating spaces where local businesses can establish themselves and thrive.

Designed. Built. Delivered. By Petra Holdings.

A little throwback on the job site today!

Sometimes it’s nice to get back to where it all started.

Today, Jordan and Greg traded their office desks for some time in the field, working alongside Cory, our longtime lead project supervisor.

What made today a little special? It’s been eight years since Greg and Cory last worked side by side on a job site!

A lot has changed at Petra over those eight years. Our team has grown, roles have evolved, and we’ve taken on bigger and more exciting projects. But it’s moments like these that remind us of the people and relationships that helped build Petra into what it is today.

A little nostalgia and a good day’s work.

Just like old times!

PROJECT SPOTLIGHT - THE HOBBY SPOT – LEDUC

We’re proud to showcase our recently completed 15,000 sq. ft. commercial interior renovation for The Hobby Spot at their new location in Leduc, Alberta!

This project transformed a large commercial space into a destination for collectors, families, and hobby enthusiasts. It features indoor mini golf, trading cards and collectibles, dedicated birthday party rooms, and custom feature spaces throughout.

From custom details to the expansive mini-golf course, it was rewarding to see every element come together.

A special thank you to Luke at The Hobby Spot for trusting Petra Holdings with this project. Luke was an excellent client to work with, and we couldn’t be happier to see his vision brought to life.

Congratulations on your new space! We wish you continued success and look forward to seeing the community enjoy it for years to come.

Yes, we’re the reason Main Street is closed today. 🚧

Before you start plotting alternate routes and shaking your fist at the construction signs, we promise there’s a good reason!

Today our crew is completing a utility connection for an exciting new building coming to downtown Leduc. It’s one of those behind-the-scenes jobs that causes a little disruption now, but helps make way for something great in the future.

We appreciate everyone’s patience while we get the work done safely and efficiently. Give yourself a little extra travel time today, and if you happen to see our crew out there, a wave goes a long way.

Thanks, Leduc—we’ll be out of your way as soon as possible!

P.S. We promise we didn’t close the road just to get better parking. 😉
