Did you know?

Up until the mid 1960’s, builders in Edmonton were installing 60amp electrical services in residential homes! This may have been good enough back then, but with today’s appliances, older homes are feeling the stress 🤯

Anything other than a 100 amp service is fast becoming an issue with insurance companies. If a home is not insurable, the mortgage broker cannot issue a mortgage for it!
