Alberta is leading the country in non-residential construction investment growth and we're proud to be part of what's being built here.

February 2026 data from Statistics Canada shows Alberta up 3.1% month-over-month, with over $1 billion invested in non-residential construction in a single month. That's the highest growth of any province in Canada.

It hasn't been without challenges. Tariff pressures on steel, aluminum, and lumber created real cost volatility through 2025. But Alberta's builders and clients are adapting and the market is moving forward.
